SATEX-OMM Srl was established in 2005 as a result of the merger between SATEX Srl and O.M.M.di Mascheroni operating in the sector for over thirty years. The new company works in the textile industry and manufactures NEW and RECONDITIONED spoolers for sewing threads, technical yarns, elastic yarns and cordage, embodying all the various yarn processing operations. The arrival of the sons, Andrea Mascheroni and Maurizio Sangalli, has introduced flexibility, versatility and technological renewal of the family business.
